About Our Challenge
Our awesome team is once again ready to face the Push-Ups Challenge, and we couldn’t be more excited to take this on together. From February 5–27, we’ll be completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and even more funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
Mental health is a cause close to our hearts, and we’re excited to learn, move, support one another, and make a real impact during these challenging winter months. All proceeds go directly to supporting mental illness recovery and fostering positive mental health across Canada.
