About Our Challenge
In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining us or donating to our team.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
Supporting CMHA Ontario - Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge (HKPR)
CMHA HKPR is dedicated to building a community where mental health for all is a reality. Through programs like crisis support, housing assistance, and ongoing mental health care, we provide essential services that help individuals find knowledge, hope, and recovery. Funds raised through The Push-Up Challenge will directly support these community-based initiatives, ensuring that people in need receive timely help and compassionate care close to home. Together, we can make a lasting impact on mental health in our region.
