In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining us or donating to our team.
I hope to create a video involving all members in the group and having us talk about mental health all through the month, most likely add a Pushup challenge compilation and pictures to the whole team to thank you all for joining and having a concrete thing you can always look back on either to remind you that you are strong or to remind you you aren't alone or both.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
