About Our Challenge
In February, myself and my family are taking part in The Push-Up Challenge: 2,000 push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
My son Marek was looking good into old school rock bands and came up with our name for this year (a nod to the 1970's Punk Rock Band, Sex Pistols, in case you didn't catch that). Love it.

All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association here in Winnipeg and Manitoba to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
