The Justice League
In February our team, The Justice League will participle to the Push-up Challenge. Our mission is to help break the silence , to promote sane habbits and mental health ressources one push up at a time!
All donations are given to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support the recovery of people with mental health conditions and to improve mental health outcomes from coast to coast.

Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
