We all have suffered from mental illness and challenges of modern life in one form or another. Being in the mountains with our people always helps to see the world differently, lift our spirits and have more clarity on what is really important in life. It has become a major part of our healing journey, challenging ourselves alongside one another, support eachother and strengthen our weaknesses while making impossible things possible.
We are getting out of our comfort zone, are placing our hands on the floor and are encouraging eachother to do something truly meaningful while raising awareness about mental health and the struggles life sometimes brings.
