About Our Challenge
Second Year in a Row!!!
In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
Last year, through the combined efforts of our team and supporters, we raised $1,290. This year, we are aiming even higher — together, we can make an even greater impact. We invite you to join us in supporting this important cause.
Mental health matters, and awareness starts with taking care of ourselves first.
