In memory of Steven Farwell
Our team is taking on 2,000 push-ups in 23 days this February to raise awareness and funds for mental health. This challenge is dedicated to the memory of Steven Farwell and to everyone who has been impacted by mental health struggles.
Mental health affects us all, yet too many people suffer in silence. We want to help break the stigma by reminding everyone that it’s okay to not be okay, and that seeking help and support can truly save lives.
Every push-up represents a conversation, a show of support, and a step toward better mental health. Thank you for standing with our team and helping us #PushForBetter.
En février, notre équipe participe au Défi push-up. Nous nous lançons le défi de faire une tonne de push-ups entre le 5 et le 27 février 2026 pour sensibiliser le public aux troubles de santé mentale au Canada.
Tous les dons sont versés à l’Association canadienne pour la santé mentale afin de soutenir le rétablissement des personnes ayant un trouble de santé mentale et d’améliorer les résultats en matière de santé mentale d’un océan à l’autre.
