Winter Push for a Healthier You 💪
This February, our team is jumping into The Push-Up Challenge! From February 5–27, 2026, we’ll be challenging ourselves to knock out a whole lot of push-ups, all in support of better mental health across Canada.
My Message-
Even though it’s a great cause, but it’s also a fun way to stay active, push our limits, and build healthier habits together. Think of it as doing this not for anyone else, but for yourself—a chance to wake up your body, stay active, and beat the winter slump.
Whether you’re doing a few push-ups a day or going all in, every bit counts. Let’s move, support mental health, and work toward a stronger, healthier tomorrow—together!
