About Our Challenge
In February, our team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, committing to thousands of push-ups between February 5–27, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
Mental health matters deeply to us — because we all know someone who has struggled, or we’ve been that person ourselves. Mental health challenges are often invisible and isolating, which can make it hard to speak up, ask for help, or feel supported. That’s why access to care, understanding, and community is so important.
At Revaly, one of our core values is Connected Community. We believe that showing up for one another — through trust, collaboration, and meaningful relationships — is essential, both at work and beyond it. This challenge is our way of living that value: supporting each other through a shared goal while contributing to a broader community that ensures mental health supports are available to those who need them.
All funds raised go to the Canadian Mental Health Association, helping support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health across Canada.

Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
