Rod Sinclair

About My Challenge

This photo was taken at Ford Field in Detroit, September 2023. Nate was a fantastic person, friend, student and athlete. Everyone who met him, thought that the world was his oyster. Little did we know, Nate was struggling with mental health issues. He never sought professional help. April 2024, two days after his 18th birthday, Nate lost a battle we didn't know he was fighting.  Nate was a huge Seahawk fan and while watching the Super Bowl this year, many of us will be thinking of him.

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 5-27.

All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.
