I’ve committed to 2,000 push-ups by Feb 27 to raise awareness and funds for Mental Health initiatives right here in the Lower Mainland. Mental health is a daily climb, and I’m putting in the physical reps to honor that resilience.

To every single person who has donated since I launched this page—THANK YOU! Because of your collective generosity, we officially hit my initial $1,000 goal for CMHA Lower Mainland before I even finished my first set of push-ups.
I was planning to stop there, but the momentum hasn't slowed down—more donors have stepped up to push us even further! It’s clear that mental health support is a major priority for our community. Inspired by your support, I’ve decided to increase the goal to $2,000. The challenge officially starts this Thursday, Feb 5. Let’s see if we can hit this new milestone together!

Hi everyone! From February 5th to 27th, I’m challenging myself to complete 2,000 reps in 23 days as part of The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health.
A quick confession: I’m not exactly a push-up pro! Because of that, I’ll be taking the official advice and mixing in squats, sit-ups, and lunges to reach my 2,000-rep goal. This challenge isn't about being a perfect athlete; it’s about getting moving to raise awareness and support for mental health in Canada.
I know how important it is to keep the conversation about mental health going. All funds raised go directly to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) to support mental health outcomes and foster recovery across BC and Canada.
Your donation, no matter the size, will keep me motivated to hit my target when my legs (and arms!) get tired! Thank you for supporting me and this vital cause. Let’s make every rep count!
