About Our Challenge
In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining us or donating to our team.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.

I just want to tell you how greatful I am to you for what you are doing, in 2017 I lost my cousin Cody to suicide and it affects my family every single day, I’m not asking for you to do push ups in honour for him as my aunt and uncle started the Cody Shepperd project in his honour, the one thing I do ask is that you change your wording slightly, my aunt told me that people don’t commit suicide because it’s not a crime it’s not a sin, they die by suicide, so I just ask that you change your wording a little bit, thank you again so much for everything you are doing you are making an important impact!
