About Our Challenge
In February, our team, Pushing Out the Stigma, is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, challenging ourselves to complete 2000 push-ups between February 5-27. 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes across Canada.
We are doing this in commenmoration of Rob McKay, whose life reminds us how important it is to talk openly about mental health and support one another.
You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining our team or making a donation.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association, supporting mental illness recovery and fostering positive mental health outcomes for individuals, families, and communities across Canada.
