We train bodies every day, but we also see firsthand how movement, community, and consistency can lift spirits, build confidence, and create connection. Mental health affects every part of life, just like physical health does. Some battles aren’t visible, and that’s why showing up matters.
This 2,000 push-up challenge is more than a workout — it’s a reminder that no one has to struggle alone. We’re pushing together to raise awareness, start conversations, and support mental health in our community.
