What am I doing? Oh yeah, push ups! :)

I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 5-27.


I hope this has some sort of impact? I am doubtful but never the less it's good to exercise. I have found with my mental health hurdles that cycling, swimming, yoga, and even weight lifting has helped me in so many ways. I am here signing up to do these push ups to prove to myself and anyone who's watching that exercise really helps. It's not a heal all, it's not a perfect solution but it is helpful when dealing with overwhelming mental health crises.
