We’re taking part in the Push-Up Challenge this February in support of mental health.
Kicks For Strength was founded in honour of Cameron Machado, whose story is at the heart of why this community exists. Over time, it’s grown into something bigger — a space where people come together to support mental health, honour loved ones, and show up for themselves and others.
Join our team and dedicate your push-ups to whoever or whatever feels meaningful to you — a loved one, your own journey, or simply to support mental health. Every rep counts, and every story matters.
