About My Challenge
I decided to take on the Push-Up Challenge as a personal commitment to my physical and mental well-being. This challenge is not only about completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days, but about showing up every day, even when motivation is low, and choosing consistency over excuses.
Staying active has helped me manage stress, clear my mind, and build discipline in my daily life. For me, physical movement and mental health are deeply connected-taking care of the body also means taking care of the mind.
By participating in this challenge, I'm also helping raise awareness for mental health and supporting the important work done by the Canadian Mental Health Association, which provides resources and support for individuals and families facing mental health challenges across Canada.
This challenge is a reminder that small daily efforts can lead to meaningful change. One push-up at a time, we can build strength, resilience, and better habits-both physically and mentally.
