I recently lost my 13 year old son Trace to a battle with mental health. A fight he battled silently.
Trace was a bright light, a natural who was good at anything he chose to do. He loved sports and playing guitar. He was kind, funny, full of life, and always willing to help in any way he could. He touched the lives of so many people.
I am taking on the push up challenge to honor him and keep his memory and legacy alive.
Please help me raise awareness and funds to help someone else fighting something they cannot win on their own. I want people of all ages to know they don't need to feel embarassed or weak for seeking help when the weight and pressure of this world close in on them.
As Trace always wore #7 in hockey, I will be completing 107+ push-ups a day for 23 days.
