As a vocational rehabilitation company, our work is grounded in helping people restore function, resilience, and meaningful participation in life and work. The Push-Up Challenge aligns naturally with our values by promoting physical activity and mental health awareness.
Mental health challenges are a common and often invisible barrier to sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Taking on this challenge as a team reflects our commitment to mental health advocacy and reducing stigma, resilience and consistency, team connection and accountability and leading by example.
We acknowledge that the Push-Up Challenge is not about perfection or performance, rather it is about participation, awareness, and shared purpose. By doing this together, we hope to broaden the conversation about mental health both internally at IVRS and with our clients as it is truly central to the work we do every day.
