About Our Challenge
In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining us or donating to our team.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.

As someone that has gone through a traumatic brain injury, this fundraiser hits me right at home. The difficult process of regaining and relearning both physically, but more importantly, mentally, has been a journey that could not have been done without the friends and family that were walking by my side. This journey is not mines alone, but those that had walked alongside me. Most importantly, the love of my life, my wife, Hannah, and to our God, Jesus Christ.
