About Our Challenge
This February, our team is taking on The Push-Up Challenge—and it’s for a cause that’s close to our hearts.
From February 5–27, 2026, we’ll be pushing ourselves to complete a lot of push-ups to help spark conversations, raise awareness, and support better mental health across Canada.
Mental health affects all of us—our families, friends, work and teammates, and communities. If you’re able, we’d love for you to join us in the challenge or support our team with a donation.
Every dollar raised goes directly to the Canadian Mental Health Association, helping support recovery and promote positive mental health outcomes across the country.
