About Our Challenge - Team Mitchell Canada
Join our "Push for Mental Health Challenge" – a team initiative that combines physical wellness with mental health awareness. Between February 5-27 we will complete 2,000 push-ups to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
Why push-ups? Just as these exercises build physical strength gradually through consistent effort, our mental resilience grows through daily attention and care. This challenge creates a moment each day to step away from our screens, reconnect with our bodies, and remember the importance of mental wellbeing.
The beauty of this challenge is its simplicity and inclusivity. Whether you're doing traditional push-ups, modified versions against a wall, or even mindful breathing exercises if push-ups aren't accessible to you – everyone can participate in a way that works for their body and ability level.
Together, we can make a meaningful impact while strengthening our bodies and minds.
