#ForBryanna
Hi everyone. I'm starting a #pushforbetter challenge to support the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), and I'd love for you to join me. From February 5th to the 23rd, I'll be completing 2,000 push-ups (111 per day) to raise awareness and funds for mental health initiatives, and I'm inviting all my friends and family to help make a difference.
This challenge is particularly meaningful to me as two February’s ago, I lost my cousin Bryanna, who was very close to me.  She's in my thoughts every day, and this campaign is dedicated to her memory.  I hope that together, we can make a positive impact in her name.
Mental health is a critical issue, and the CMHA provides essential support and resources across Canada. Â Any donation, no matter the size, will help the CMHA continue their important work and contribute to raising awareness.
