In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a HEAP of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
You can help us push-up for better mental health across Canada with proceeds ftom our Team going directly to our Algoma Region CMHA.
We seek your participation as a financial sponsor or as a physical partnership adding to our Push-up counts.
