Our Engineering team is taking on the Push‑Up Challenge to raise awareness for suicide prevention and mental health across our workplace and our community.
We work in high‑pressure, complex environments where mental well‑being is just as important as physical safety. This challenge is our commitment to supporting one another, breaking the stigma, and reminding everyone that it’s okay to ask for help.

We are raising funds for Canadian organizations dedicated to helping people facing mental health challenges. Together, we can build a stronger, healthier community.

Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
