About Our Challenge
In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining us or donating to our team.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.

CMHA Kelowna & District creates opportunities and connections for people of all ages to understand and nurture their mental health and well-being. Through the creation of innovative programs and supports, we help people develop skills and resilience so they can live their best lives possible.
In 2026, we’re aiming to expand vital services to West Kelowna to reach more youth, adults and families in need of mental health support. Help us push for better mental health so everyone in our region can thrive.

Recently lost my best friend Obi my cat 🐈⬛ (I’m a nerd named Obi-Wan from Star Wars). It took a tole on me. He meant the world to me. In a strange turn of events when I was feeling at my lowest a new Kitty found his way into my life. I’ll share the whole story next time I see ya as it’s truly unbelievable.
