About Our Challenge
In February, CMHA Ottawa is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, a national fundraising initiative supporting mental health across Canada. From February 5 to 27, 2026, members of our branch community will come together as one team to each complete 2,000 push-ups or an alternative exercise.
Our team represents the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ottawa Branch (CMHA Ottawa), and all funds we raise will directly support our own local community-based programs and services.
The CMHA Ottawa Push-Up Factory team is open to CMHA Ottawa staff, peers, Board members, clients, and friends and family of the branch.

Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
