About Our Challenge
Welcome to our team page! We are coming together as a family to participate in The Push-Up Challenge. From February 5-27, we will be pushing through our daily targets to support the Canadian Mental Health Association.
We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. Whether you are here to join the team and do some push-ups with us or to make a donation to the cause, we truly appreciate your support.
