About My Challenge

I’m taking part in the Push-Up Challenge for the third year in a row because mental health and disability awareness are deeply personal to me. I live with anxiety and a physical disability, and I know how closely mental health, visibility, and access to support are connected.

From February 5–27, I’ll be completing 2,000 push-ups to help raise funds for mental health programs through the Canadian Mental Health Association. By showing up visibly and honestly, I hope to help create more awareness, conversation, and understanding.

If you’re able to donate, thank you. And if you’re cheering me on, that support means more than you know.
