About My Challenge
I'm completing 2,000 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association. Please support me as I #pushforbetter from February 5-27.
All proceeds help the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health in Canada.

CMHA Kelowna & District creates opportunities and connections for people of all ages to understand and nurture their mental health and well-being. Through the creation of innovative programs and supports, we help people develop skills and resilience so they can live their best lives possible.
In 2026, we’re aiming to expand vital services to West Kelowna to reach more youth, adults and families in need of mental health support. Help us push for better mental health so everyone in our region can thrive.
Présente dans plus de 330 collectivités réparties dans chaque province et au Yukon, l’ACSM œuvre en défense des droits et offre des programmes et des ressources qui contribuent à prévenir les problèmes de santé mentale et les troubles mentaux ainsi qu’à soutenir le rétablissement et la résilience afin de permettre à tous les Canadiens et à toutes les Canadiennes de s’épanouir pleinement.
