About Our Challenge
This February, Capacity Planning is stepping up and calling out every department across YYC to join us in The Push Up Challenge, a nationwide movement that brings fitness, fun, and mental health awareness together.
We’re inviting every team across the airport to unite in a little friendly rivalry while supporting something that impacts every single one of us: better mental health for our people and our community.
Capacity Planning is all in — and we’re ready to set the pace.

Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
