About Our Challenge
We’re taking on the CMHA Push-Up Challenge to put real support behind a conversation that matters in construction: mental health. Our industry runs on pressure, long days, tight deadlines, and high expectations—not just for us, but for the contractors and crews we work alongside every day. This challenge is our way of turning that same grit into something positive: showing up consistently, one set at a time, to raise awareness, spark better conversations, and help drive real support through CMHA. It’s going to be tough—but so is every project worth building, and we always find a way to deliver.
Supporting CMHA National
Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
