We are coming together as the AEPi Canada community to complete thousands of push-ups throughout the month of February in support of positive mental health and well-being nationwide.

Through this challenge, we aim to raise awareness, encourage open conversations, and support mental health initiatives that benefit students, families, and communities across Canada.

Every donation helps turn our collective effort into meaningful impact.

Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
