About Our Challenge
In February, our Allstate Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Canada. If push-ups aren’t your thing, you can still participate. Substitute push-ups with alternative exercises, like sit-ups, squats, jumping jacks - anything goes. You can also choose to aim for 50% of the push-up target and smash out 1,000 push-ups instead of 2,000.
You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining us or donating to our Community.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
