About the "Fisher Park Fitness Challenge 2026"

Hey!

I created a team for the Canada-wide “Push-Up Challenge” and was hoping you would join! 

  • When: February 5 to 27
  • Objective: 2000 push-ups / sit-ups / squats over those 23 days
  • Why: All donations go to the Canadian Mental Health Association + You will be thankful how beneficial it is both mentally and physically! 

My friend Adam and I made a fitness pact last April we call the 20-20 (minimum 20 push-ups and 20 sit-ups per day) but typically hit 40-40-30 daily (added squats). Same as what is needed for this challenge on a daily basis. Soon as I saw it felt like a sign to get involved and try to rally others. 

Please join us. Or donate to the cause but really it is all about being/staying active!
