We know that true abundance, in all its forms, starts internally.
Mental Health is the foundation to good health, wealth and community. When our minds are strong, we make better decisions, build better habits, and truly work from the inside out. Mental Health helps us to focus on what’s important: the love of ourselves first, so we can be a light to others second, without expectation of reward.
Every push-up we do and every dollar we raise is a step toward collapsing a new, more connected reality. We push for mental health because it creates connections, and in today's world of separation, supporting CMHA is the most active and intentional thing we can do.
