Push for Better Mental Health with The One Practice
This February, The One Practice community is joining The Push-Up Challenge. From February 5–27, 2026, we’re committing to completing thousands of push-ups to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
Physical and mental wellness aren’t separate; they’re deeply connected. When we move with intention, we strengthen more than just our bodies. We build resilience. We show up better: on the mat and in life.
