About Our Challenge
Hi, I'm Christopher and I run a company called Brain Beacon that supports teens and adults with autism and ADHD. Thank you for joining the team and welcome to The Neurodiversity Crew!
Mental Health for me has always been a struggle, last year especially I went through some very dark days. It's so important to raise awareness and check in with each other. This challenge is twofold - raising money and awareness for mental health and secondly, to have fun! Lets see who comes out with the most pushups.
I am very grateful for the support, the chance to meet new people and the opportunity to make people feel just a little better everyday.
