About Our Challenge
In February, TEAM GOOD STUFF is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
We are: Zoé, Taavi, Sam, Jenn, Susie, Carson and Cam... Some friends, some family, and all good sports who care about mental health in Kelowna.
You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining us or donating to our team.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
Supporting CMHA British Columbia - Kelowna
CMHA Kelowna & District creates opportunities and connections for people of all ages to understand and nurture their mental health and well-being. Through the creation of innovative programs and supports, we help people develop skills and resilience so they can live their best lives possible.
In 2026, we’re aiming to expand vital services to West Kelowna to reach more youth, adults and families in need of mental health support. Help us push for better mental health so everyone in our region can thrive.
