About Our Challenge
In February, the lululemon FP&A team—along with friends, family, and anyone who’d like to join—will take part in The Push‑Up Challenge from February 5–27, 2026.
Together, we’re challenging ourselves to complete a collective goal of push-ups over 23 days to help push for better mental health outcomes across Canada.
You can support this initiative by joining the challenge or donating to our team. All proceeds go directly to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) to support mental health recovery and promote positive mental health in communities across Canada.
Supporting CMHA National
Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
