Together We Push
In February, our Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5–27, 2026, to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
We’ve all delt with self-doubt and our issues in our head, but we’ve been lucky enough to have the chance overcome them; so let’s push the people who are struggling get through them, to show them we’re here for them as a community and a united world. Push with us to break the stigma, strengthen minds, and save lives. No one has to face mental health challenges alone.
