About our Challenge..
During Feburary, our team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge.
All of us has struggled with mental health, and we would like to do our part in bettering the awareness and funds so others can get the help they want.
We are challenging ourselves and those close to us to complete a heap of pushups during the month of February for the betterment of mental health, and actively push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.
You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining us or donating to our team.
We are not only doing this for mental health awareness, but to help improve people's confidence in reaching out.

Challenge yourself with 500 pushups during the month of Feburary, in memory of those lost in mental health struggles.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.

En février, notre équipe participe au Défi push-up. Nous nous lançons le défi de faire une tonne de push-ups entre le 5 et le 27 février 2026 pour sensibiliser le public aux troubles de santé mentale au Canada.
Tous les dons sont versés à l’Association canadienne pour la santé mentale afin de soutenir le rétablissement des personnes ayant un trouble de santé mentale et d’améliorer les résultats en matière de santé mentale d’un océan à l’autre.
