About Our Challenge
This is team for anyone who's ever felt or known someone who bore the weight of mental illness. You don't have to have known Ryan, the person who inspired me to start this, to understand why this matters. Maybe you've lost someone. Maybe you're struggling yourself. Maybe you just believe that mental health support should be accessible to everyone. We're pushing for better outcomes in Canada, and we'd love to have you with us, whether you're pushing alongside us or supporting from the sidelines. Every contribution counts.

Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
