In February, as part of the Montney’s ongoing Shredamania weight loss initiative, the Montney Peer Support Team is taking part in and inviting staff to join the team for the Canadian Mental Health Association’s Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026, to push for better mental health outcomes!
You can help us push for better mental health by joining and participating in completing each day's individual push-up numbers (or alternate exercises like air-squats, sit-ups, dips or jumping jacks) which go towards the Team's overall count.
