Memory of Michael Poyser
In February last year my brother Michael Poyser took his own life. He was a son, a father, a brother, a uncle, a friend and so much more. He was loved deeply and is terribly missed everyday. This is a greif that nobody should ever have to go through. Some of us, his family, are participating in this push up challenge to try and raise money for Canadian mental health association.
This challenge is near to our hearts. It is to do 2000 push to remember the 2000 people who lose their lives to suicide, world wide everyday. Coming up on the one year anniversary we are doing it in honor of him and to raise better awareness for mental health. We love you brother and will continue the fight for you.
