About Our Challenge
In February, Master Group Rexdale is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. Mental health struggles impact everybody, but men are 4 x more likely to commit suicide. This is mostly because men seek help less often. Traditional masculine norms like often discourage men from asking for help, thinking its a sign of weakness. Our industry can be pretty male dominated so this seemed like a fitting cause for us.
There is nothing "strong" about struggling in silence. Keeping things bottled up unfotuantely turns fatal for too many men every year

All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
