MS Push‑Pack — Giving Back, One Rep at a Time
MS Push‑Pack is joining the CMHA Push‑Up Challenge in the spirit of Morgan Stanley’s core value Give Back—supporting our community and one another.
From February 5–27, we’ll aim for 2,000 push‑ups (or movement equivalents like walks, planks, or stretches)—a symbol of the 2,000 lives lost to suicide each day.
However you move, it counts. Every rep is a reminder that small actions, done together, make a real impact.
Let’s lift each other up, track our progress, and embody what it means to Give Back—one rep at a time.
