About Our Challenge
In February, the Graham Mathew team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada.

All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association Ontario - Waterloo Wellington to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.

- $150 → One eating disorder intake assessment
- $250 → Crisis support for three people via Here 24/7
- $500 → One early psychosis treatment plan
- $1,000 → Group therapy session for ten people
