About Fort Rodd Parks and Reps!
Fort Rodd Parks and Reps are taking part in The Push-Up Challenge this February. As a team, we’re challenging ourselves to complete a whale ton of push-ups between February 5–27, 2026, all in support of better mental health across Canada.
You can help us push for positive change by joining our team or making a donation to support our efforts.
All proceeds go directly to the Canadian Mental Health Association, helping to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health for Canadians.

Through a presence in more than 330 communities across every province and one territory, CMHA provides advocacy, programs and resources that help to prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and resilience, and enable all Canadians to flourish and thrive.
